What areas do you serve?

Delivery is included in your package cost for homes within 15 miles of us. Our primary service area is North Stafford, South Stafford, Falmouth, and Fredericksburg. After you reserve, we will confirm your delivery location and let you know if an additional fee applies. Delivery fees range from $25–$50.

How do I place an order?

Simply click 'Reserve Your Stoop' and fill out our inquiry form. We'll follow up within 24 hours to confirm your package, collect payment, talk about your delivery date, and go over any other details about your porch.

When do you deliver?

We deliver from the end of September through the 2nd or 3rd week of October. Slots fill up quickly — we recommend reserving early to secure your preferred date!

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

Nope! As long as we have access to your porch, we can style it while you're away.

How do I care for my pumpkins?

Accepted Answer

Pumpkins are a natural, seasonal product and their lifespan can be affected by weather, temperature, sunlight, and wildlife. To help them last, keep them out of standing water and avoid prolonged direct sun when possible. If a pumpkin starts showing signs of spoiling, simply pull it from the display so the rest stay fresh. We carefully select quality pumpkins and are happy to share tips specific to your setup at the time of delivery.

Do you offer replacements or refunds on pumpkins?

Because pumpkins are a perishable, natural product, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements after delivery. By booking with My Seasonal Stoop, you acknowledge that pumpkins are perishable and accept responsibility for their care and condition once they have been delivered and installed. We do our very best to source beautiful, quality pumpkins and set you up for a great season.

What is included in the design styling?

Design styling means we don't just drop pumpkins at your door — we arrange everything on your porch for a curated, intentional look. The Signature Stoop and Grand Stoop packages include styling. Pumpkin Drop customers can add it on for just $50.

Question 8

What add-ons are available?

Accepted Answer

You can add hay bales ($30/bale), large carving pumpkins ($14 each, up to 5), and end-of-season pickup ($75–$125 depending on package). Pumpkin Drop customers can also add design styling for $50.

Question 9

What happens to my pumpkins at the end of the season?

Accepted Answer

If you add our end-of-season pickup service, we'll come collect your pumpkins and donate them to local farms in the area. It's our way of giving back to the community and keeping things sustainable.

Do you decorate with additional Halloween decor like skeletons, lights, or inflatables?

Accepted Answer

No — My Seasonal Stoop specializes exclusively in pumpkins and natural fall elements like hay bales. We don't incorporate additional Halloween decorations such as skeletons, lights, inflatables, or other seasonal props. That said, once we've styled your stoop, you're absolutely welcome to add in your own spooky touches after we're done!
